B2B leadgeneration-specialist Leadinfo acquired by Belgian owners
Leadinfo, a Rotterdam SaaS company focused on real time lead generation, has been acquired by hosting company team.blue.
The Belgian team.blue is mostly active as a supplier of hosting services. The company from Ghent has more than 2.5 million customers (mostly SME companies) in 10+ European countries. In our country team.blue is active with the label TransIP.
By acquiring a majority intrerest in Leadinfo the Belgians enter a new segment within the online business world: B2B lead generation. Leadinfo makes cloud software that helps companies to convert website visits into ‘leads’ (information about potential customers).
Leadinfo was established five years ago by Han Kleppe has grown toe be a company with 25 people.
The software from Leadinfo is being integrated by customers (according to own reporting they serve 3,000 clients) within their website and CRM environment and works together with well-known packages like Hubspot, Salesforce and Teamleader.
